The experience was fantastic from beginning to end. The virtual consultation with Mark was very thorough and he listened to all my issues/concerns regarding the deteriorating grout in my two bathrooms. The representative who serviced my home, Bruno, was very professional and competent. He worked diligently to remove the damaged/cracking grout around the shower pan, walls, floor, and bathtub and replace it with an amazing epoxy cement. Mark explained the tile cleaning and epoxy work needed in our bathtub. He was thorough, and we received an estimate shortly after our phone zoom. He also followed-up with a confirmation call. Bruno was courteous, friendly and did a complete clean-up when done. I was very pleased with his epoxy repair in the bathtub! We had Sir Grout come this week. Our floors look absolutely amazing! With 2 dogs and a large family also lots of company. Our kitchen and family get lots of daily use. They were able to make our 16-year-old tile floor look brand new. I was never in doubt as we have had them several times over the years. I am always amazed! This past summer we had all of our baths re-grouted. Also amazing it's like getting that redo that we all need! We will be calling on them again!!!

Mark was highly responsive, polite, and respectful. He did not try to oversell me and even when I inquired about services that would have made him a lot more money, he was honest with me and had no qualms about telling me that he'd do it but that he didn't think it was necessary. This honesty is a win for me because I felt very confident in the work and prices quoted. The tech who worked on our grout, Bruno, was also very respectful and answered all questions we had about upkeep of the grout, products, and his process. We are a bit neurotic and like everything perfect. He didn't seem to be put off by us. We expect a lot of our contractors and Sir Grout did not disappoint. We will be using their services for our grout in the future and they are highly recommended. Kind, professional, fair, prompt, service-focused; what more can you ask for?

I met Mark via a video call where we walked through the entire job. He made is so seamless. I was quoted a price and followed up almost immediately with a written proposal. I had a terrific experience with Sir Grout. Marc did the initial video estimate and followed up with a written estimate via email. A time was scheduled and they called the day before to confirm. Alex was on time and just finished regrouting a shower and tub. He also steam cleaned and sealed all the tiles in the shower and the floor. It looks terrific! Professional from start to finish. Looking forward to working with them in the future.
