I recently had a wonderful experience with Sir Grout. Adrian is the skilled worker who came to my home and did an amazing job on my thirty-year-old kitchen floor. When he finished the work, I can honestly say my floor looked brand new. Adrian is a very kind and respectful young man. If you are seeking honesty and integrity versus flim flam doublespeak. Then look no further! You have arrived! I am a bit OCD and never satisfied short of perfection; I called Mark at Sir Grout and sent him pics; response "I cant take your money; marble looks great talk about a stand up guy! Sir Grout did a great job. Over time, my upstairs bathroom had developed a severe mold problem along the space where the tub meets the tile. After putting things off for probably too long, I googled and found Sir Grout. When I called, they quickly set up a "virtual estimate." I was initially taken aback by that, but at the appointed time, Mark called and walked me through the process very patiently. His estimate to pull out all the old silicone grout, steam clean, regrout and seal, was quick and fair.

He suggested cleaning and sealing the floor tile as well. It hadn't been resealed since it was installed, so he was right. Mark worked with me to find a good day to schedule the job. The day the tech came, he was thorough, explained what he would be doing and answered any questions. The whole process took about 5.5 hours. The bathroom looks fantastic. The epoxy grout that was used is supposed to be mold-resistant and last a lifetime.

My only regret is that I waited for my tub to look like a mold-jungle before I called Sir Grout. And I will have them come back in the future to do the floor tile for my downstairs kitchen and bathroom. From estimate to completing, the process was A++. I would recommend Mark and company without hesitation!
