First, I have to say Mark is a true gentleman. Was very accommodating and understanding. The technician, Adrien (Hope that is his name) was punctual and professional. I was very happy with the work he did and left the work area clean when he was done.

We had Sir Grout in in the early 2000's to help restore our all-white kitchen ceramic tile floor. The grout had not been maintained by the previous owner. They performed magic and made it easy for us to maintain a pristine floor in so challenging a space.

Fast forward to today and another kitchen but this time with a larger tile, somewhat ambiguous ceramic tile floor with both dirty tile and grout. Again, Sir Grout Northern New Jersey transformed the floor to the appearance of a new install in a newly renovated kitchen. The photo comparisons of before and after do not capture the true impact of this improvement.

Both times the staff demonstrated great skill and educators while completing their work. Truly a transformative experience and worth every penny spent. But be ready to follow their advice to help maintain their effort and the fantastic appearance.

We hired Sir Grout Northern New Jersey to rehabilitate some old, nasty grout in our master shower. Adrian was very professional and thorough. He spent about 6 hours cleaning the existing tiles and grout and replacing the grout that needed it. Looks great; very happy with our experience.

Additionally, you know how to hire the right technicians. Andrian was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely polite! He wore booties over his shoes and, when the job was over, the bathroom was immaculate! Most places no longer take such pride in what they do anymore.
