I thoroughly enjoyed working with Mark and his technicians from Sir Grout of Northern New Jersey. He was an absolute joy to work with. In a world where too many people underestimate the power of personal outreach, Mark was responsive, attentive, professional, and most importantly, kind. The technicians arrived on time and efficiently and thoroughly completed the rather arduous task of cleaning tiles and grout in my foyer, kitchen, dining nook and master bathroom. My dog (a german shepherd mix) loved them both immediately and wanted nothing more than to play. He is a very reliable judge of character.

I was particularly impressed with the transparency of pricing. There was absolutely NO bait and switch, and no attempts to upsell me. Everyone was very honest and forthright, and at the end of the day I was 100% satisfied with the end result.
