I was about to replace my kitchen floor when I received an ad for Sir Grout. Thinking it was worth it just to get an estimate I was more than pleased with the sales rep. Mark's explanation of what they could and when! We not only had our floor cleaned, we also had the grout recolored and sealed. It looks like a brand new floor at 80% less than the cost of the new floor would have been. The technician Dandre who did the work was professional, courteous and did an excellent job! I cannot say enough good things about this company.

I am doing renovation in my apartment and when I asked my contractor about grout and caulking he recommended SIR GROUT. From my initial consultation to the completed work I was extremely happy. They cleaned and sealed the floors in my bathrooms and kitchen and in the bathrooms they replaced grout and redid the caulk. What a difference! My bathrooms are 20 years old and everything looks so fresh and clean. I feel this really extends the life of everything. My kitchen floor where I have grey grout came up so much lighter, brighter and looks great. My technician Charlie did a great job and both he and Mark, who did the consultation, were very professional on time and a pleasure to work with. This was a great experience and I would definitely recommend SIR GROUT again and again.

Charlie was awesome!!! He arrived on time, was very professional and answered all of my questions. He explained everything he was going to do prior to starting the job. Charlie was also very neat while working and was respectful of my home. We had an issue with damaged travertine in our bathroom due to using a grout cleaner that claimed to be for natural stone, specifically travertine. It wasn't - it damaged and stained it. Charlie honed it and resealed it. He was able to fix the problem and it turned out great, he also cleaned our ceramic tile floor in the kitchen and also recolored the grout. Lastly, he cleaned and sealed our granite counter tops and regrouted the backsplash. We highly recommend Sir Grout of Northern New Jersey and will call them for all future issues. If you are fussy and like things done correctly the first time with no drama, call them. You won't be disappointed!

Punctual, great job. Someone who saw the floors before and after, who did not know they'd been done, came in and remarked that the floors look great. The floors have deep pores and were pretty grubby. They look much better now.

The tiles floors and walls look great now! Well worth paying for quality work that will last. After using Sir Grout during my working career as a Facilities Director, I knew if I wanted a job done right in my home when retired, there was only one company to call. Our 12 year old shower tile floor looks brand new again – as does all our tile now: kitchen, foyer, laundry room and all 3 bathrooms. Thank you Sir Grout!!

Our shower tiles were cleaned, grout filled in where needed and re-grouting done overall. The results are that our shower looks new. Also had the kitchen floor re-grouted and sealed. Good job on that as well. Overall we are very satisfied with Sir Grout and their technician.

We are very happy with the work that was done. Mark explained everything and D'Andrea was neat and very professional. Cleaned and polished bathroom marble floor and cleaned and sealed tile floor grout in kitchen. Also, repaired chipped tile in kitchen so well you can't tell it was chipped. Better than expected. Great!
