Charlie showed up on the date secured and worked diligently throughout the day to complete our job. We had our double shower grouted, our two sinks grouted, and all the marble buffed and sealed. Looks almost like a new master bathroom. Charlie kept the area clean while working and spotless when he left. Although we felt Sir Grout was a bit costlier than others, all the work was done to perfection. Both Mark and Charlie were easy to work with. Very happy, would recommend them highly.

I received an estimate for cleaning and sealing my granite countertops, and cleaning and re-caulking the floor of the master shower. Mark came to do to the estimate. He was very professional and explained the company's services. I accepted the estimate, and we scheduled the work for two days later. Charlie, the technician, looked at my shower floor and recommended that I should not repair it. He inspected the tiles and showed me that there was water trapped under the tiles, and re-caulking would not fix the problem. He could have easily done the work and taken my money, but he didn't. I really appreciated Charlie's clear explanation. He did clean and seal the granite countertops. He was neat and offered me tips on cleaning the granite in the future. I would definitely recommend this company. It is nice to work with honest people.

Sir Grout steam cleaned all my tile in the shower and on the floor. Then, they sealed the shower grout with a clear sealer and sealed the floor grout with a color sealer that made it look brand new.

Thank you to Sir Grout for fixing the incorrect color of grout on my brand new travertine tiles. They found the perfect color and did a great job applying it without any damage to the stone.

The general manager Mark was extremely professional. Scheduling was seamless. The name of the person who did the work was Charlie, and he was a total expert. Thoughtful, detail oriented, and couldn't have been nicer. I waited a few weeks to write the review. The work was done beautifully, and the cracks did not re-appear. Can highly recommend them.
