The total project was an overhaul of the stall shower and floor of an older bathroom (wall tiles and floor steam cleaned, re-caulked & grouted and then sealed). DeAndre arrived on-time and was professional and very personable. He explained to me exactly what he was going to do, where he was going to do it and how long it would take. His estimate of time was dead-on and he did a beautiful job! My shower stall looks wonderful, and the floor looks like new. Sir Grout cleaned our kitchen grout and then applied a sealer that is supposed to protect the grout for 8-10 years.

Mark, the folks from Sir Grout did a great job on our master bath floor and shower surround. They arrived promptly as scheduled for both the estimate and the work and completed the task quickly and efficiently. I appreciated the floor protection that they used outside the bath and their attention to detail in all of the work that was done for cleaning and coloring the grout. We got a great job for a reasonable price.

The technician cleaned, sealed and recolored our grout in the kitchen and powder room. The entire process took about 2 1/2 hours. The floors look amazing! Best choice we made!

Sir Grout, called me after the initial contact. He came to my house, looked over the scope of work, and provided an estimated price. They were at my home at the appointed time.
On the day of service, the knock on the door came at exactly the time agreed upon. We were very happy. The regout job took approx 4 hours, as estimated.
All in all, I would use this service again. I highly recommend Sir Grout!

The service was OUTSTANDING!
I received an Initial visit that was for a free estimate. Everything was fully explained. The service was scheduled and provided within a reasonable period of time.
The grout in my kitchen (which was originally off white) had turned almost black after 20 years. (My kitchen floor looked like a tic tac board). Scrubbing and cleaning the grout with a brush took hours; would only result in temporary fix, and still did not look the way I desired.
On the day of service, the technician reviewed everything with me, cleaned my tile and grout and then restored grout with a paint/stain resistant sealer. He then buffed the entire floor giving it a smooth feel and shine.
I am not exaggerating when I say the floor looks brand new; just like the day I moved in 20 plus years ago. This was much less expensive then replacing the kitchen floor. In addition, I found the service technician to be very knowlegeable, effecient, and personable.
I also want to mention that the sealer works very well. We have already had some spills that have wiped right up without any discoloration to the grout.
This was a win/win! I would highly recommend this service.
