I found Sir Grout in a money mailer that came to the house. The salesman was on time and professional and I decided to try them on our second bath which was 25 years old and had been mis-grouted in the past. WOW! We bought our house a year ago, and after trying every product on the market to clean the master bathroom shower, we were convinced the tile and grout needed to be replaced. We called Sir Grout and WOW! they cleaned and sealed the tile in the shower, cleaned the grout and tile on the entire floor, and cleaned and re-grouted the shower floor and seams. It looks brand new! Sir Grout did a great job with the kitchen floor in our office, which was in DIRE need of a thorough cleaning. I was about to replace my kitchen floor when I received an ad for Sir Grout. Thinking it was worth it just to get an estimate I was more than pleased with the sales rep. Mark's explanation of what they could and when! We not only had our floor cleaned, we also had the grout recolored and sealed. It looks like a brand new floor at 80% less than the cost of the new floor would have been. The technician Dandre who did the work was professional, courteous and did an excellent job! I am doing renovation in my apartment and when I asked my contractor about grout and caulking he recommended SIR GROUT. From my initial consultation to the completed work I was extremely happy. They cleaned and sealed the floors in my bathrooms and kitchen and in the bathrooms they replaced grout and redid the caulk. What a difference! My bathrooms are 20 years old and everything looks so fresh and clean. I feel this really extends the life of everything. My kitchen floor where I have grey grout came up so much lighter, brighter and looks great.
