Adrian did an amazing job; our tiles, grout, and granite look like new. He was very meticulous and made sure we were happy with the grout color and the cleaning and sealing of various stone surfaces. We will definitely use Sir Grout again.

I can't say enough about my experience with Sir Grout. From the moment I reached out to them, their commitment to customer service was evident. Mark, the owner, personally contacted me and conducted a thorough job evaluation (grout cleaning and sealing) and room measurement calculation via FaceTime, ensuring the quote and scope were accurate. The day before the appointment, I received a friendly reminder.

The service representative, Adrian, arrived as scheduled, then took the time to review the job before starting. He worked cleanly, diligently, and then walked through the finished job again to ensure my satisfaction. The following day, Mark reached out again to ensure that all went well. Yes, I definitely agree that Sir Grout deserves a five-star review. The service you provided, from when you first saw the work I needed to be done via video, through the completion of the work, was spotless. Frankly, Adrian was above and beyond excellent.

When he arrived, he gave me an estimate on the time needed to do the work, and he met that time limit exactly. The work was performed perfectly, leaving no mess and a size more. He was extremely personable and knowledgeable. You couldn't have a better individual to represent your company.

Hopefully, I will not need a grouting service again, but if I do, you can be sure I will give you a call!
