Mark was able to fit me in before Thanksgiving. Charlie came today 5 minutes early, I like that! He helped me pick a color that would blend in with the tile, came home to what looks like a brand new floor and grout. Should have done this years ago. Extremely pleased with the finished job. Sir Grout managed to get my marble bathroom looking almost like new after being damaged by calcification and cleaning agents. I thought we would have to grind it all back with a huge mess and expense but Sir Grout worked a miracle with a cloth and some elbow grease.

My experience was very exceptional. The first gentleman to go over my tile issues was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to get me on the schedule fairly quickly. Ed, the tile and grout person was amazing. He worked diligently on my tiles. He did a great job on fixing a broken tile in my shower. He was extremely pleasant and bonded with my cat. I would definitely recommend again.
