Great service, great job and great follow up to make sure I was pleased. I had my kitchen granite counters and master bathroom marble shower, countertops and floor cleaned and resealed. Mark was professional and knowledgeable when he came to give me an estimate. More importantly, he followed up after the work was completed to make sure everything was as I expected. Tauland, the tech who did the work at my home, was professional and neat. As he completed each step, he had me inspect what he had done to make sure that I was pleased before he moved onto the next step.He did a GREAT job! Mark from Sir Grout was very professional, courteous and punctual. After the job was complete, a small touch up was required. Mark called back right away and the problem was solved the next day. To me, that was the most important part of the experience with this company. Many contractors will do a good job at a fair price, but then try to get them to come back to fix a small problem.

I had Sir Grout do my kitchen and main bathroom. Mark came by for estimate and explained everything, very professional. Charlie did an AMAZING job! Looks like a brand new tile! My only regret is that I did not use Sir Grouts services sooner! Money well spent. Thank you so much!

My floors look brand new. They repaired areas that were missing grout and left me some touch up paint to use to complete those areas once set. The technicians worked efficiently and completed the job much sooner than I expected. I did get a call the next day asking if I was satisfied. I wish I did this much sooner!

I wish more service providers were as caring and fair as Sir Grout Landi did an EXCELLENT job on my hone and was so patient with us and we were comfortable with him working in the home- Very respectful he made a very bad situation better- My installers did a terrible job and if I did not hire them this would have been a nightmare!
