Mark from Sir Grout was very professional, courteous and punctual. After the job was complete, a small touch up was required. Mark called back right away and the problem was solved the next day. To me, that was the most important part of the experience with this company. Many contractors will do a good job at a fair price, but then try to get them to come back to fix a small problem.

My floors look brand new. They repaired areas that were missing grout and left me some touch up paint to use to complete those areas once set. The technicians worked efficiently and completed the job much sooner than I expected. I did get a call the next day asking if I was satisfied. I wish I did this much sooner!

I wish more service providers were as caring and fair as Sir Grout Landi did an EXCELLENT job on my hone and was so patient with us and we were comfortable with him working in the home- Very respectful he made a very bad situation better- My installers did a terrible job and if I did not hire them this would have been a nightmare!

Excellent company to work with. We had extensive grout and caulking done in showers and also tile floors cleaned. The workers came right on schedule and were pleasant and professional.
